As a regular ritual, gua sha rituals promote lymphatic drainage to firm and sculpt, de-puff, and release tension in your facial muscles.
As part of a ritual that has been passed down through centuries, the benefits of incorporating gua sha go beyond skin-deep. You'll feel more balance, improved energy, and focused.

FAQs
I've never used gua sha before, Where do i start?
While the results of gua sha can be visible and immediate, our advice (as with any ritual!) is to maintain consistency to get the most out of the practice. We recommend a firm-yet-gentle hand for your first time, and starting to incorporate it into either your morning or evening skincare ritual 2-3x a week to start.
First, breathe in as you gently massage your favorite serum or face oil on clean face and neck.
For neck: Angle sculptor against skin (we recommend placing your thumb on the CH logo if you’re not sure which edge to start with!) and run from collarbone up toward chin, maintaining light pressure, working your way across the neck and back of neck.
On chin: Using the notched, U-shaped side of the facial sculptor, sweep along the center of your chin to the outer edge of your jaw. Take your time with gentle strokes before repeating on the opposite side.
On face: Start with one side of your cheekbone, sweeping along jawline towards the outer edges of face towards ears, from browbone to hairline, and upwards from forehead to hairline in firm-yet-gentle strokes. Repeat on opposite side. Take extra care around the eye area.
Repeat for 3-5 minutes, or take as long as you need and do what feels good to you. Note: It is common for a feeling of heat or redness to the face after gua sha, and that’s normal — in fact, it’s one of the benefits (increasing circulation) in action!
